League admin

Invites, settings, the editable window, and what freezes when.

Inviting managers

Publishing generates an invite code and a link. Share either. People who follow the link join in a couple of taps; people with the code enter it on the Join page.

If your league is public, it is also listed for others to find and join without a code.

Members join free — only you, as creator, ever spend credits, and only once.

The editable window

A league is fully editable while it is a draft. Once published, it stays editable only until one of these happens:

  • a member picks a squad, or
  • the first gameweek’s deadline gets close.

After that, scoring rules, prices and pool restrictions freeze for the season.

This is deliberate. The value of a custom league is that everyone built a team around a known set of rules — rules that can change afterwards are not rules. If you need to change something fundamental, the honest move is a new league.

What you can always change

Name and description stay editable. Whether the league is public or invite-only stays editable.

League lifecycle

A league moves through four states:

  • Draft — visible only to you, fully editable, costs nothing.
  • Open — published, joinable, waiting for its first deadline.
  • Active — the season is under way. Scoring runs; the configuration is locked.
  • Completed — every gameweek in range has finished.

A league activates automatically at the first deadline inside its gameweek range. You do not need to start it manually.

If something looks wrong

Scoring is deterministic: every point traces back to a named rule and a raw statistic, visible in the per-player breakdown. If a score looks wrong, that breakdown almost always explains it — a condition that did not hold, a milestone not reached, or a bonus award that moved.

If it genuinely does not add up, get in touch with the league and gameweek.
