Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: 9 August 2026
What you are buying
Credits. A credit is spent when you publish a league, at a rate of one credit per gameweek the league covers. Buying credits does not itself commit you to anything — they sit on your account until you publish something.
Unspent credits
Unspent credits do not expire.
If you have bought credits and not yet spent them, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the unspent balance from that purchase to the original payment method. Contact us with the approximate date of purchase.
Spent credits
Credits are consumed at the moment a league is published. A published league cannot be un-published for a refund, because publishing is what your managers join and play.
If something goes wrong on our side
If credits were deducted without a league being published, deducted twice, or a payment was taken and the credits never arrived, that is our problem to fix. Get in touch and we will correct the balance or refund the payment.
If a league cannot run
If a league you published cannot be run to completion for reasons within our control, contact us and we will refund the credits spent on it.
Fixture postponements, data-provider gaps, and competitions altering their own calendar are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund — though we would still like to hear about them.
Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. Everything is a one-off credit purchase.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting an account does not automatically refund unspent credits — request a refund first if you want one, subject to the 14-day window above.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including any right to cancel a digital purchase where that right applies.
How to raise it
Use the contact form with a description of what happened and roughly when. Include the league name if it relates to a specific league.
