Getting started

Create an account, join or build your first league, and understand what credits are for.

Custom Fantasy Leagues is a fantasy football platform where the scoring rules, player prices and squad economy belong to the league playing them. This guide covers everything from creating an account to running a season.

Create an account

Sign up with an email address and a password. New accounts receive free credits immediately — no card required, and none is asked for.

You need a verified email address before you can join or publish a league. The verification link is sent when you register; if it does not arrive, check spam before getting in touch.

Two ways in

Join someone else’s league. If a friend has sent you an invite link, follow it and you are in. If they sent you a code instead, go to Join and enter it. Joining costs nothing, ever, and you can be in as many leagues as you like at once.

Create your own. Go to Create and work through the six-step wizard. See Creating a league.

What credits are for

Credits are spent on one thing: publishing a league you created. The cost is one credit per gameweek the league covers, charged once at the moment you publish.

Nothing else costs anything. Joining, playing a full season, building a league as a draft, and every scoring and pricing feature are free. See Credits & billing.

What happens next

Once your league is published and your managers have joined, everyone picks a squad before the first deadline. From then on the league runs itself: squads lock at each deadline, points score live through every match, and standings update as games are played.
