Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Custom Fantasy Leagues (“CFL”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Credits and payments

New accounts receive free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased via Stripe. Credits are used to publish leagues, at a rate of one credit per gameweek the league covers, charged once at the point of publication.

Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchases are final except as set out in our Refunds & Cancellation policy and except where a refund is required by law.

4. League rules and conduct

League creators set their own scoring rules and settings. You agree to participate fairly, and not to exploit bugs or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair play. See also our Acceptable Use policy.

5. Player data

Player statistics and fixture data are sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of player data, and we are not liable for scoring discrepancies caused by data provider issues.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Not affiliated

Custom Fantasy Leagues is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any club or competition referred to on this site.
